Casa Dram – Enjoying at Mazarrón Country Club

Welcome to Casa Dram, a lovely corner house in the quiet and popular Mazarrón Country Club. Its location provides extra privacy, while still being part of a friendly residential community.

The property features a private swimming pool, heated with solar panels, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip almost all year round. Parking is available right in front of the house, which is very convenient during your stay.

If you open the gate, you enter the garden with a small swimming pool heated by solar panels, so you can enjoy a nice swim all year round. If you go up the stairs, you reach a terrace with a lovely outdoor seating area and a BBQ.
Through the sliding door, you enter the conservatory where you can have a cup of coffee or quietly read a book. Through the front door, you enter the living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a TV, and a separate dining area leading to the kitchen. On the right side, there is a small hallway with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV.
The kitchen is straight ahead from the living room; it is a fully equipped kitchen with all conveniences. To the right of the kitchen, there is a small patio where you can also sit in the shade at the back through the gate.

This beautiful villa is located in the stunning development The Country Club in Mazarrón. The development has a Spar supermarket, a communal swimming pool, tennis and pétanque courts, and a restaurant.

The beaches and promenades of Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolnuevo are a 15-minute drive away, and the major supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car.

Sierra Espuña, where you can go kayaking, quad biking, and enjoy the beautiful nature, is a 20-minute drive.

The beautiful historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena, where you can shop, enjoy great dining, and explore the city on foot, are 40 minutes away by car.

There is also plenty for children to do in the area.
