Standard Package
For owners looking for a reliable and affordable basic solution.
This includes secure key management, one monthly inspection, checking the
functionality of locks, alarm systems, cameras and shutters, inspecting for leaks and
electrical systems, flushing toilets and taps, and ventilating the property.

Standard Plus Package
Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus monitoring of the garden and
swimming pool, and inspection/reporting of any damage after storms.

VIP Package
For complete peace of mind and full-service care.
This includes pest control, watering plants, starting your car, and additional detailed
property checks.

Custom Solutions Available
Our packages are flexible and fully customizable. Together, we will find the solution
